danielle is home!

danielle came home tonight. it's been about 2 months since i saw her last and it was good to get one of her hugs. she is off today though as she has a bridal shower to attend to. it was fun to see her europe pics and hear some of her stories. we (tessa, carly and i) tried to fill her in on all that she missd while she was gone. she brought me back a print of the moulin rouge. it's a painting that has been reprinted and it doesn't appear to have an artist name on it. it's not toulose letreck (i know that's not how you spell it...i'm trying here!) as it's not his style and he did inside painting of moulin rouge and theis is outside. but it's a beautiful print. i also got a candle in a shot glass. the candle says "a present from ireland." tessa also got a candle in a shot glass that has an irish blessing on it. tessa and i joked about finding the matches right away to burn that candle out so we could put the shot glasses to good use. then i asked danielle why tessa got a blessing while she drank. it was a fun night. the best part was that squeak was on the phone while i was talking to these girls and i couldn't listen to two conversations at once. squeak ended up asking if i was alright, drunk or high. i assured her i was peachy keen and we got on our merry way. the end!
